Engaged:: Meghan & David |Bowie Wedding Photographer

This weekend was extra special because I was able to photographer Meghan & David’s engagement session! Meghan is marrying into the GW family in March and I am SO excited to have a new friend circle!! I shopped my way out to their session on Saturday and it was a blast! I had this vintage picnic in mind so I packed up a picnic basket a few mason jars and prayed that somewhere along the way I would find all of the missing pieces and BOY DID I! My journey started in Muenster where I not only spent too much money but I also met some wonderful people who made me feel right at home. In Bowie I stumbled across a few more antique stores. I was in heaven. Over the last few months I have really been drawn to anything old. I have refinished several old pieces for the house, remodeled my office even made a desk out of an antique door (which came from the first house to have plumbing in Krum-you needed to know that.), the works. I love that everything has a history, knowing that I now own something that may have another families happy memories attached to it. You can’t get that at IKEA. Anyways, I was able to find all of the right ingredients for our picnic and I think the session was a huge success. Here are just a few….or I guess A LOT faves from our session.
