I love a girl who can brave the freezing cold temps and look good doing it! Today Kristina & Cliff met me for a mini engagement session and it was COLD! I could have sworn just a couple of days ago I was in short sleeves and thinking about a summer tan. Today I was digging for a scarf and wishing I had gloves! I think these two made their own heat. Maybe all of that smoochin really does warm you up a bit! Kristina & Cliff are tying the knot in San Antonio this October and I can’t wait! Here are a few from our pre blizzard session!

Eden is 3 months!

Last week we headed out to photograph Blake’s older and much wiser cousin Eden! I say we because I had my awesome assistant with me….Blake. He is a great photographers baby that’s for sure. I don’t even charge extra to bring him along. ha! Eden is already three months old! Blake and I are SO excited to have a cousin so close to his age. I know that my cousins and I have grown up more like brothers and sisters and I truly hope that in 29+ years (hehe) that he can say the same! There is nothing greater than family! And I have been a blessed girl to be brought up in this one. Marcie you already make an amazing mom!!!!

I love this first one. I think she is trying to tell us something!

Meet Baby Brudder

Elin is the happy new big sister of Baby Brudder or known in some circles as Tripp. I think it’s the week of babies with awesome names! Tripp is a whole week old and I was so excited to get to meet him. I sometimes use “newborn sessions” just to get my friends new babies all to myself for a couple hours. It works beautifully and they end up with a couple cute pictures! Ha! Here are a few from Tripp’s session…

Sweet Baby Asher

I’m going for a record number of newborns this month! I think everyone I know is having a baby and I love it!!! Today I met baby Asher. First off I absolutely love his name and he has the sweetest little face to go with it! Mom and dad are going to be such great parents to this little man. They make a adorable new family and I think you will agree. World meet Asher….Asher meet the world!! We are excited you are here.

This may be record time for posting a session. Just a few hours ago we were getting kicked out of someones place for trespassing and the evidence is ready for the world to see! Haley & Cory are getting married this May at The Milestone and I am already excited!! I am in love with her details and I can’t wait to see it all come together. Haley is what you call a “natural” so I had a hard time narrowing down to just a few to share on the blog. I had a great time tonight with you two. Please forgive me for dragging you along on my law breaking adventure!

My husband’s long time best friend is getting married! Johnny and Megan are tying the knot in September and I am so excited to get to be apart of capturing their special day. Although I am secretly hoping I will get to be a part of more than just photography. I LOVE weddings and everything that goes into the whole process. Yesterday we finally got a chance to take their engagement photos and I am about to overload the blog. I couldn’t seem to narrow down my favorites so I just posted a bunch of them! And if Megan didn’t have enough of me yesterday today we enjoyed a day at the Dallas Bridal Fair and it was a fabulous time!!!! So much great inspiration everywhere…and cake (bonus!)! So excited to share so many memories with our great friends!

Baby Foster

Meet Baby Foster! He decided that he just couldn’t wait any longer to have his pictures taken so he showed up a week early. Ok maybe that wasn’t his real reason but I am happy to take the credit. This little man has some busy days ahead of him as big sister Grier has SO many new things to teach him. Congrats mom and dad! I can’t wait to watch him grow!

Randi’s Baby Bump

My sweet sweet friend Randi is about to join the same club I just became a member of….the Mommy club!!! She is having a sweet baby girl in just a few weeks. I could not be more excited for her and Ryan. She is going to make such an awesome mommy. She is one lucky little lady! Randi hold your socks on cause your world is about to get rocked. But I will say… it just doesn’t get any better than this. Welcome to the club friend! I look forward to years of laughing with you, sharing stories, photos, recipes, playdates, birthdays and probably some tears along the way.

Leave Randi some love! You know she needs it in this last month!!
